Creeping Bentgrass

Creeping Bentgrass has beautiful coloration and has dense growth.  Because of its creeping nature, this grass can be mowed very short which makes it a good variety to use in golf course greens or athletic fields.  This type of bentgrass has a shallow root system and becomes shaggy if not mown often.  Creeping Bentgrass is a cool climate grass and it does not tolerate hot climates.
