Arugula Wild Rocket

A spicy variety for salads, Arugula is an edible plant with a tangy flavor.  This plant grows 8-40 inches tall.  It is rich in potassium, vitamin A and C and sometimes cooked as a vegetable in pastas.  The flowers range from half an inch to one and a half inches in diameter.  Arugula produces best in spring to early summer when it is planted in the sun.
